RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: NO NEED TO CRYSince the last flash crash they proved they can and will do whatever they want. The question here is what is the real underlying reason for the IROC decision. If it's primarily at the request of Allana than I'd use a lawyer to challenge it. IMO and experience this type of decision would only have happened if there was a failure in the exchange which obviously happened. We see shakeouts all the time and a pure shake out would not have resulted in this decision. Essentially it looks like Allana is sort of taking it on the chin to avoid the media coverage about a failure in the system on a day when they are talking about merging the exchanges
