Recent interview with Dr. Al Rosen (PHD).. Canada's most infamous Forensic Accountant.

I completely agree with him.. he is bang on in his steadfast view we are not protected by the rules or regulators in my opinion.. his opinion on these matters is based on years of uncovering the shenanigans.. fighting through the nonsense and indifference from regulators etc.
