RE: RE: RE: RE: Shareholder's Rights PlanI used to hold V.HAT and they instituted a SRP a few years ago. Didn't change a thing for the stock or management. What it did was give the shareholders the option of buying at market price the same amount of shares as they already owned. However IIRC, the SRP only affected shares owned before the SRP date, not after. So if you sold and bought your shares you would lose the SRP attached to the original shares.
