i still think there is substantial uncertainty regarding the $100M WIN recently received via BD's at the cost of what some 16M shares. that is a very, very big issue. as i posted before if use of funds is just to sit on the BS to "show off" to potential infringers, or increase dividend, or... i suspect share price will stall until new deals are announced or unless WIN can id $100M is for investment in high value patents ("strategic" i believe they referenced).
