MACD for the Intraday has just crossed over the signal line, indicating a buy sign.

RSI is now out of oversold territory, indicating another buy signal.

not sure what the Level 2 charts are saying, but the fact that the SP is stable around 60 cents is a good sign that investors are anticipating some news coming out soon.
