Scotia dumping?

Scotia dumping?If the float is just a million shares and 1.4 million shares were traded yesterday with another 700k so far today, why is VHB still trading between 10-12 cents? Seems like Scotia has been doing alot of selling with some buying to create an illusion? Hope I'm wrong for those who own this stock. Any thoughts? GLTA
