RE: RE: RE: The game is riggedAgreed Herr Anschutz
Although I like the results and don`t plan on selling any time soon, I found the whole CC to be more of a love fest. Maybe something like you`d see on A&E Biography. I`m sure the start was delayed to address the anali$ts about what can be discussed. In particular, since it was brought up that JS didn`t immediately need the BD financing, what was the purpose of the timing when in fact they could have sold the BD at a higher price by waiting a week or two. But don`t get me wrong, I still think something good will come out of the BD money, but I think the question should have been asked none the less.
BTW, I don`t believe the BD in any way dilutes the company as each and every share was paid for ... not given away. Hopefully the added income provided by the BD funds adds tremendously to the bottom line.
Now it`s time to celebrate the good results!!

Good idea I will follow-up on this. I would have preferred to hear animmediate visceral answer to the questions from JS rather than apolished IR response likely to be received. Often there is much from tobe gleaned from a verbal response than the message content itself...ie, tone, wording, conviction, hesitation and pause in response, etc.Although this was my first attempt at asking a question during a CC, myexperience leads me to believe a). Company is only prepared to takequestions from supportive investment houses they have dealings with; b).Questions were provided to JS and crew in advance. Perhaps this istypical practice for CC calls with other public companies. Anyoneexperienced analysts out there care to enlighten?
