RE: Adjust your spreadsheets....Since the market cap of BTC is less than the market value of the securities plus cash that it holds, it is getting no valuation at all for its properties, like Bark Lake. Turning Bark lake into cash and securities puts its value out in the open where the market can see it and (maybe) react to it. Sure, the total we're talking about here is less than 1 cent per share, but it is a move to realize value in one of the properties that was just sitting there, getting zero recognition from the market.
Seems like a good idea to me. And of course we'll benefit even more if they find something there. The only disappointing part is the seven years.
At the bottom of the crash when BTC was trading below cash, the boys began using some of their cash to buy back stock on the open market. The fact that they are actually accumulating cash right now, and not using it the same way kind of hints to me that there is something else in the works. We'll see.
