A couple of excellent posts! First I would like to commend Mooreman and Kingscorpion for finally providing a few accurate and enlightening information gems amid a sea of useless rubble postings.
I believe that what it comes down to is; that it is too early to have a resource estimate (yet). We definitely do not have a scoping-study level report on the project (yet) and, ultimately, we do not know how big that project is going to be. Initial indications are very positive as MM and KS have stated for mgmt. to have a high degree of optimism. However, for example, if we were to value the Resource early stage project by throwing an arbitrary target price on it, it may not reflect true company value. I believe that we really need to wait until we get a bit more information and data before SXL can start to actually run a proper discounted cash flow (DCF) model. We will need a simple “ounces in the ground model”.
Once the above takes place it will be irrelevant if one bought at 0.05 or at 0.27, as the stock price will be reflected by “value” and from what I can decipher at this point excellent reward potential to the “longs”.
The aggressive exploration of SXL and it retaining so many geologists is a good indication that the project is progressing well and requires special consideration from the pro’s.
I agree with all the “DO NOT SELL” suggestions…for what it’s worth.
