Keep it simple, and no conspiracy stuffHRG is the nugget to their plan of an IPO, and how can you get full value with that nugget hidden by secrecy? Only a full steam ahead disclosure of all of HRGs assets and plans, will build the value wanted for the IPO.
There is no other way, as the minoority shareholders are not selling at rediculously low prices.
Its fish or cut bait time.
