RE: sick of itHey James, I'm in Ontario and heard this week from a friend that condo's are going as low as 40K in Arizona and a regular home can be had for under 100K. Been thinking myself about getting something down there. I'm still holding my COS but getting frustrated with this investment. Will sell soon if it gets back to 28.

Good luck with your Arizona endeavours. I think if you Google, you will find websites dedicated to helping Canadians purchase real estate in Arizona. These are run by other Canadians to help Canadians.
