Analysis on price fluctuation?

Analysis on price fluctuation?What's going on here? The volume is steady, the news is good but the SP isn't moving. Anyone have insight to this? Any sort of analysis will do.
I just sold out of RFD to buy into this.. RFD shot up 18% as soon as I did. FML.
