RE: Deliberate Suppression? At one point in time, I was thinking about the same thing, but I believe that is why they want to list Ortsbo as a separate entity on the NYSE.
Lets say INT runs into the 1-2 range (which I am somewhat surprised that it hasn't already), it would not have any kind of effect on the listing in the U.S. because that Ortsbo stock would be IPO'd and could be valued at any dollar value the "market" deems reasonable. If you have ever had anything to do with IPOs, you will understand what I'm saying, but if not, here is what has to happen.
Forgive me if I sound condesending, but I am assuming that you don't know how the process works.
They have a stock they want to IPO. They are going to decide how big of a float they would like. Then they would canvas some of the big houses to see what the stock value range might be like, based on interest in the stock... what they want to do, is value the stock correctly so that the entire float is taken up, and everyone is happy... if they miss on the share price, they may not get rid of all the stock, OR all of it will be taken up right away, and the broader market chases it, trying to get a piece.... subsiquently the stock rises dramatically in the secondary market and they have "left money on the table"... it is a balance, and this is part of the Corum groups job is to value the company's potential correctly.
That said, being that INT (in this scenario) is still holding the lions share of the stock, they get a given value based on the stocks price and action... which ultimately translates into returns for INT holders...
So, bottom line is that the share values of INT today, don't (or won't likely) have any effect on the IPO pricing.
I am really surprised that we have not had a news release so far today... IMHO, I think a significant NR is imminent... I can feel the positive vibes flowing through my monitor... lmao...:P
