Its primary operating groups include Electronic Components (EC) and Farnell. EC serves a variety of markets ranging from industrial to automotive to defense and aerospace. EC offers an array of customer support options throughout the entire product lifecycle, including turnkey and customized design, supply chain, programming, logistics and post-sales services. The Farnell operating group primarily supports lower-volume customers and distributes a portfolio of kits, tools, electronic components, industrial automation components, and test and measurement products to both engineers and entrepreneurs, through an e-commerce channel. I spoke with the company. The 30% investment will likely be from 2 or 3 companies that have Letters of Intent. Only Seah was willing to let their name be used at this point. That 30% investment is in the project - not the company - so it does not dilute. I guess there was a PP at 20 cents a year back which is likely where the downward pressure is coming from at the moment.
Everything is sounding quite good from the company's point of view.
