RE: RE: RE: RE: EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!
Thanks Foxy for your comments. I hope that folks on this board are reading my posts on a regular basis and find value in doing their research. I have already posted websites to SEDAR and the Corum Group to find additional information on this company and to deflect from the daily opinions that are posted on this board.
I have seen some classic pump and dumps over my years in investing. Usually with resource companies, they put out some snazzy NR's saying they have either initiated or intersected some mineral zones. Rarely do they ever come up with some actual production results or announce that they have found big name supporters with big pockets (Once in a while it does happen, but it's the exception rather than the norm). The stock spikes up wildly, which then brings in more people looking for a quick buck, then goes back down just as fast, leaving the bagholders with broken hearts (not to mention depleted accounts) while the financiers, officers and original holders are laughing all the way to the bank.
I get the sense this one is different. While there are some characteristics of a pump and dump (Officers getting shares at ten cents, PP's done at ten cents and now the price spikes), there appears to be some strength behind this initiative. The price hasn't went back to 20 cents and it appears there is some interest on the future of this stock. What I'm trying to do here is outline some possible scenarios, given my analysis of the financial statements and the MD&A posted on the SEDAR website.
Three Suggestions for Investors:
1. Do your research on this company and determine its strengths and weaknesses;
2. Ignore most of the opinions on this board (Prices will flucuate, need to follow the volume and strength);
3. Take emotion out of the decision and analysis (Greed and Fear are two primary motivators of stock markets...give in to either and you will get burned)
Happy Investing!
