RE: RE: "Merely" Excellent Drilling News

RE: RE: "Merely" Excellent Drilling NewsCompletely agree. Trading halts to announce drilling results is an old trick to try to excite the market even if in this case the results are spectacular. A halt usually announces a Material Change and with respect to juniors it should be used when spectacular results are released that are significantly different from past results. Yes NUS did report on a different zone but they had already released results for that zone (even if they were grab samples) some time ago. Not the news the market was looking for and in part this is their own fault for making claims about JV partners in late December or early January 2011. NUS has reported in the past that they have had partners right up to the alter but they backed out at the last minute. This may be because NUS was asking for too much or it may have been the technology question that held those partners back at the last minute. I think they may have had offers already that they may have rejected and this may come back to bite them and/or us. Never release results on a Friday afternoon.
