 Oh yes the must be put together. Without knowing wether or not you can deduse it from

You see that the  Measured + Indicated   grades are far lower than the Proven +Probable and therefore former cannot "contain" the latter.

I think I  have checked this out a few times before regarding mineral resources with the same conclusion.
