The emotional quotient is what usually decides the price.

I think you're kind of nitpicking re the staff. Yes some of the staff may be there but don't forget you've still got to pay them and since there is no production or cash flow those salaries and paychecks have to come out of the finite $10 million pot.

The insiders/management supplement their paychecks by selling their bonus stock and private placement stock and in many companies the insiders also do paid contract work for the company plus get a salary. It's a pretty good gig.
