MCGUINTY RETREATS FROM OFF SHORE WINDhttps://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/industry-news/energy-and-resources/ontario-stops-offshore-wind-power-development/article1904138/
Looks like pre-election juggling. I suspect McGuinty may back off solar a little as well to retain votes but I really don't see him having a problem with what is being offered as an alternative and although I seldom comment on politics, I will say for the first time, I will not support a Conservative government Provincially. My final decision was based on two emails sent to Hudak's office in the last year, one dealing with my feelings on his approach to green energy, the other to do with another matter involving a totally different matter. Both were presented in an informative and respectful matter with questions. In each case, there was not so much as the courtesy of an automatic generated response, never mind a polite thank you. If that is an indication of how he will treat his electorate, I will do my best to make sure he is not elected. I'd be interested if anyone else received a different treatment. I know some here were going to email his office.
Skitterish markets in solar. Que sera sera.
