HHdocGeological risk is an ambiguous term... but must not be confused with chance of success.  If that's what they
meant,  they would have said it.

Geologically speaking,  they think there is a 63% chance of finding the formations at the depths that they are
expecting.  It has nothing to do with finding commercial quantities of oil.  Remember,  the oil column found
75 years ago was determined too small to develop.  Logically then,  the trap was small as well.  Can they find
another pocket ?  Who knows,  but the chance of this well leading to development is less than 10%.
