Perhaps I am missing some new aspect that you intended to raise, but as far a transportation I believe there has been considerable discussion including costs and methods; but more importantly I believe the consensus currently is that most of the production will be consumed either domestically or at least relatively locally in the region.

Whatever actually occurs will obviously be the final arbitrator but most of the points you appear to be questioning have been discussed in my mind. Many of these other posters (Karmanow, Malakijoy, etc, etc) have done an excellent job of it, actually.
