I think the good Doc is being muzelled. If G lowballs us on an offer, we should all cry fowl. The Doc won't implement a
"Poison pill strategy". therefore we are at his mercy.
G will offer for what is known and pay us nothiing for what they know that we are not privy too. There should be an independent evaluation as this smells " conflict of interest" big time.
