I recently asked Jasmin (IR SQI) for an update, and this is what I got for the working capital and the share structure (all numbers are as of December 31, 2010):
- Working Capital: CDN$8.4 million
- Comon Shares, Issued & Outstanding: 92.2 million
- Unexercised Options: 7.1 million
- Unexercised Warrants: 3.5 million
- Comon Shares, Fully Diluted: 102.8 million
But to answer your question, the working capital comes from the two previous PPs:
