I'm notsure if the irony of your statements is obvious to you, "how the hell does a country that cannot afford to feed its people buy expensive potash", (the irony as I see it being that obviously potash is a part of the road to agricultural potential); plus having the resource in your backyard also allows control
even in the worst of outcomes.

However, not to rude, but I will directlytell you that all if what you appear to be asking has already beenanswered. Also, some further research into the +10% growth rate that Ethiopia is forecasting may help you see where all this is going.
