PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

Facebook is free - how do they make money? One way is through companies that pay to advertise on Facebook. How is it that a social media, networking website is valued at $500+ million dollars and doesn't charge any of their subscribers a fee to use/operate Facebook.

Same goes for Google- do we pay to use their search engine? or gmail? Their search engine is how they entered into the market as they built value they added more services and now look at their stock price. It's ridiculous.

It may not be evident now, but Poynt is on their way to making more $. I believe we are witnessing the growth of a very innovative product in Canada.

My only concern about Poynt right now is: do they have other products/services in their company vision.
