RE: WARRANT HOLDERS....$ 20 per share...So again taxdemicco... why didn't Soros provide the money for the extra 20% interest ?  Instead,  he is now
stuck with the same economic structure as all other investors.

On top of the risk of discovery and development,  they would be required to pay a 40% royalty,  with only
a 40% working interest.  Not good,  when all others except for (ahem) VST are paying only 10%.

Warrant holders would rather purchase shares at 30 cents compared to 75 cents.  Why would they run the
price up,  just to purchase?  Doesn't make sense.

You work awfully hard at keeping the price up taxdemicco... buyers don't usually do that.  Sellers do.
