Just heard from the Silver Cricket

Just heard from the Silver CricketGang, I caught up with the Cricket this weekend for a few minutes and a few interesting tidbits come out during the conversation. I only had a few minutes and my questions were on GPR and FVI (Fortuna) as I own both.

No smoking gun but here is what I have...
The word is both GPR and FVI have been getting pokes for a buy out! That's right a buy out! But hold on here's the other parts.....there cheesy offers. Basically and you probably already guessed there from small juniors with better names but lacking long term growth potential. The offers for both GPR and FVI are stock deals with a sprinkle of cash at a 10% to 20% premium. So basically the offers suck in my book and probably why we never hear of them. It seems everyone in the JV world is looking to be the next FR and trying to grow without cash. There production and growth potential is maxed out where our growth plan should pay off in spades over our long term business plan.

Side notes
I understand the man himself Mr Archer is back from the UK but already back out on the road. To where I'm not sure but I'll see what I can dig up if anything.  My take is pass on these offers and just go it alone, maybe we pick up a new mine or bump up mining and production and ad a another drill rig. Fortuna will get bought out (just my guess) at a nice premium maybe by FR-AG. I own 3500 shares of FVI so even at a huge premium I still can't quit the day job plus both my boys need braces! Fortuna for braces, LOL what a trade.

There it is, just IMO, hope it helps and good hunting to all.
