RE: RE: Anyone Heard anything?

RE: RE: Anyone Heard anything?Relax, you're reading too much into this.

There is no conspiracy going on here on the part of the company to withhold information from shareholders.

It's simple - the Ministry requested information from the company, and the company provided it.  They did so in within the timeframe set forth by the government (January 17 I believe).

I don't see why IVW should publish the information provided to the MInistry.  I'm sure it is full of documentation about procedures, measurements, testing results and other details that would be meaningless to the average investor, and provide no significant benefit to anyone.

We're all anxious to hear the results, and probably no-one moreso than the management of the company.

When there is no news, sometimes it means just that.  There is no news.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the company is not being honest or open.

If you are to point your frustration at anyone, it should be at the goverment of Western Australia and the Ministry of the Environment for taking their sweet time with reviewing the reports from IVW and announcing the lifting of the stop order.  Their delays are costing the company, the investors, and the workers and familes of the employees unnecesary hardship and uncertainty.

There's no indication that levels of lead (or any other substance) exceed allowable levels, so therefore the ministry must lift the stop order.

Presumably the Ministry must lift the stop order unless they can prove that IVW's operations are causing environmental harm or exceed the allowable levels of PB in the environment.

The only question is how long it will take them to come to this decision.
