Also looked at last Wednesdays court documents, but the exhibits are not in yet. I spent $12 to see the all the lawsuits, countersuits, and responses. You can Google up BC Supreme Court and figure it out if you are interested.

The last assessment report may be the key. The market seems to have chosen a winner, but percipi non est esse. (Excuse my poor Latin)..... Perceiving something to be so, does not make make it so. The door swings both ways in that regard.
