The company is currently interviewing Canadian and International Investment bankers to assist with the review process along with the Corum Group (Seattle and Zurich) to assess offers from other interested parties. The Company will provide further updates as they become available.

I take this to mean that perhaps INT is/was NOT thoroughly pleased with some of the bad press surrounding Lion Gate and is seeking a better partner to assist with the US listing.
