RE: OK, I was wrong on this oneObviously they will have to provide financials on Choice but like the other deals they are doing much of the funding with stock not cash. If this deal goes through they will still have north of 50 million in cash even after paying down debt.

One thing that some here wont like is the dilution. Unless my math is off this deal will add 21 million shares to the 125 million or so issues and outstanding. When the original deal was announced with Coolbrands you were looking at 120 million shares. 57 million for Huezenga and his people and 63 million for the Coolbrands shareholders. I dont get as hot and bothered  as some about dilution if it is done correctly and for the right reasons. To me it is better in this economy than blowing through cash. So far I am inclined to give these guys some rope. As one of the original shareholders in the former Coolbrands and with still a boatload of common this is at least more fun then having your equity in  the equivilent of a non interest bearing money market fund which was what CB was from 2006 to 2010.
