Fully Valued at 1.34

Fully Valued at 1.34If NVS is to be sold in 4 months the value would be at a premium to the current SP (usually about 30%).  So if the sale price is 1.75, the SP will be at 1.34 prior to the sale announcement.  However,  NVS has drilled a number of new exploration wells that they haven't reported on yet.  If the wells come on as expected, over 150 bopd, There will probably be an up move in the SP.  I was thinking that a good sale price would be around 2.70 not 1.75 so NVS would be fully valued prior to the sale announcement at 2.05 give or take......and 2.05 is a good price based on projected production for mid year.
