RE: RE: RE: AAB Needs More CapitalI don't think I've ever seen a company offer an incentive for early exercise of out of the money warrants. It's hard to make the numbers work.
If you own AAB wts where the closing bid today was 24 cents, what exercise price would prompt you to convert? 80 cents? No way. The warrant holder is giving up 24 cents in value so why would he exercise at more than 65 cents? But at that price the current shareholders would justifiably scream like hell about the dilution. Insiders own a lot of shares and low priced options, but not many warrants, so I don't think they'll screw the shareholders like that.
I don't think an incentive for early exercise is going to make any sense until the stock moves over $1.25.
