Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its San Jacinto-Tizate Geothermal plant is located in northwestern Nicaragua, in the sire of San Jacinto, municipality of Telica, 20 kilometers from the city of Leon. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE: RE: Obviously this has been in the works forMaybe Magma can step in and take over. The price is right for atakeover. and they have their contracts in place.  Ram is gone whichopens the door for takeover.  Too soon? Who knows.....a little takeoverto give back some value to the sh.

I was just thinking about the same thing too.  The resignation does not make sense to me: the project is going ahead despite cost overruns.  As a founder, Ram must have emotional attachment to this company.  Captain does not abandon the sinking ship this early.  I have a hunch that we will see a takeover very soon.
