RE: Bissa Results

RE: Bissa ResultsThe most obvious answer is that they either had to publicly release these results after they were included in their Prospectus for Nord Gold even though it wasn't for the consumption of North American markets.
Or
They hoped that releasing good news regarding Royal Gold and this new resource study at Bissa would help launch the price of HRG and Nord Gold to its proper valuation.
I believe the answer is probably a combination of both, and I now must conclude that either Severstal is more sinister or more incompetent than I originally thought.  Sinister, in that that they are witholding information to take a new set of minority investors for a ride, or incompetent because they have spent so little energy marketing for so long that they don't even know what information would prove valuable to investors.
Why not release drilling results?
Why not give an update regarding the bankruptcy proceedings?  Surely by now there is a specific date where a judge will give a decision?  Why not release production numbers?
