HBM

HBMMy take....

Prior to HBM purchasing 6,667,000 shares; they had accumulated 10,918,000 shares of VMS.  This represented the maximum amount of shares HBM could hold before being obligated to report their holdings of VMS.  The 6,667,000 shares just purchased were done so from another party who accumulated below $.50 and was willing to sell to HBM.  (Smart move on HBM part imo as any further accumulation by them on the market would have triggered them having to report holdings and they wouldn't have been able to purchase as many shares before an imminent rise in sp)

That's the best I can come up with.... any other thoughts??

glta,
