RE: News - Private Placement of shares

RE: News - Private Placement of sharesConsultant. Share dilution yes, but there hasn't been too many times have I seen a Private Placement done without commissions and even better, without even a warrant. What does this tell me. The company still has many of the original shareholders that they are now looking for better value for all shareholders (including themselves) by keeping dilution in check. Just think about this, they could have easiliy raised at 0.20 or even lower, with a full warrant, then this would be our worse nightmare, significant dilution with little upside. Now the share structure is good, they have cash, and ready to go. Results back from Mexico soon I suspect, and then drilling in Kenya. In this market, this is the best any company can do. I'm holding, one would be a fool to sell at this point in the companies history, I might even buy some more here.
