RE: RE: PDI & Koreans..when you say who else has the equipment to start building... everyday a ship goes thru the canal with millions worth of mining equipment. Panama is at the best location for delivery of anything in the world...and I have travelled extensively in the third world and seen large Korean projects ..and they always bring their own equipment..so I'm saying this is not a valid arguement to use PDI.   The fact about the political connection holds way more promise for future work.
