RE: RE: RE: the 3 options...I think there is intangible value in having Ortsbo listed as a self standing company, but I think that once this is done, the current INT shareholders should have Ortsbo shares turned over to them for supporting INT this far. I invested in INT because of Ortsbo, not because of the other parts of the company, I think it would be fair to get 2/3rds to 3/4s of a new share, for every INT share.
This would do two things, it would reward INT shareholders for the support they have shown the company thus far, and it would provide the company with a ready proven investor base for the rest of the company.
IF Ortsbo was the success story that I think it will be, then I would be more than eager to take a further investment in INT to see the rest of the company's visions come to fruition.
They don't have too much time to screw around here before everyone decides to sell and walk away. That said, I highly doubt that anyone invested in INT are not going to give them a reasonable time to get things right... it's a balance, get it right, and everyone wins, get it wrong, and everyone looses... so far Ortsbo appears to be a hit, and as long as it shows promise, the investors will hang tight.
Hoping for an outstanding NR soon.
