ITMTF already trades on the pink sheets. To list on the NASDAQ there may be a minimum price requirement as high as 5 bucks. We know 2 things for certain. This was a 10 cent stock in January that is now worth alot more than 10 cents and no one wants to see the potential value reached more than management
