RE: Final comment Is it really the business model. It strikes me as being more of a case of manipulation.
The SP has been reacting contrary to what news would suggest since the event of the mass dilution right before reams of cash started coming in due to the impending settlements (why did we need to sell all those extra shares and get cash just before we would have had plenty?)
As far as the settlements go, how much cash was actually brought into the fold?
Forward going what do the licensing agreements means in terms of sustained revenues? (if the business model is actually changing now to a recognizable revenue stream from potential windfall litigation settlements, we need proper information about all of this)
I personally think we have been sold out by management with alternate agendas, and I dumped 1/2 my shares at $6 to recoup 200% of my original investment. When the price falls to 4.50 I'll load back up, but I think we're still going to see more of a hit in the meantime unil management gives us some very useful information.
Perhaps are we being primed for a takeover at a song? I still think something fishy is going on here...
