What is going on?

What is going on?These guys can't seem to get anything right. First (November 29) they say they'll exit the year with 2800 boe/d. Then they have a fire, and indicate that even without the fire their exit rate would only be 2100 boe/d. Then (Dec 13)  they say they'll be up and running in 20 days ie Jan 5. On Jan 12 they said the new plant would be up and running last week of January, and that we'd hear from them early February. Well now its well past early February, and not a freakin' word. These guys couldn't run a drunk in a brewery.
SCS is a candidate for worst management in the world.
Scott Nuttal from Sprott mentioned (https://watch.bnn.ca/market-call-tonight/february-2011/market-call-tonight-february-9-2011/#clip415448 ) that companies with bad management should be avoided, even if they had great assets. I bet he was thinking of Second Wave when he said that!
