Time to split

At current prices, north of $30, D is priced as a premium reit. This limits retail liquidity and holds down SP. I just saw the benefits of a split in WRK.un, it really unlocked value for the SHolders. I would like to see that here. As a long time holder, I have no real complaints, but a reward for hanging in there would be nice. :)
