RE: IMHOWow great information, thank you. Now we know more about what is happening in PNG. It would seem NUS had no choice but to include the 30% (to be paid over 4 years) giving PNG a piece of everything. I guess NUS agreed but managed to get the 30 day clause inserted maybe hoping PNG could not raise the funds or to move the project along faster. My apology to the NUS management team for saying they should be moving this thing faster although my patience is waning. Now I also know why the TD analyst keeps referring to political risk. Maybe wishful thinking but I don't think TD would have upped it to $3.50 if the option was not to be taken. You can bet TD is talking to NUS in one form or another. Not a seller but informed friends and family that the bottom could fall out and to protect profits. Spongebob still safe.
