$5 Target?I might agree, since if they US gov wants this to be the company to secure the supply for defense. They can push this mine faster and may produce in a short time, even before AVL and RES. This can be the best REE play other than MOLYCORP. I bought once the news came out that they are planing production will talking to the officals.
