Board meeting minutes should be available to the current board.
They should indicate how everyone voted for any matters.
Or if they don't, hopefully at least when votes were unanimous or if there were objections.
If this is the case, establishing complicity, to an extent, would immediately follow.
This aspect would be inexpensive.
But let's assume either the minutes don't reveal anything or that other aspects are expensive.
Suppose a class action is initiated.
Suppose the lawyers prosecuting agree to be paid from the proceeds, if they win.
Would that address the expense objection?
