When he exercised the .20 cent warrants when the stock was 4 cents, I was pretty surprised.

You are right. 

He does love those warrants.

Bizarre business model. Drives shares down to 035, declines to do another PP at the agreed price at 10, then buys warrants at 20, but won't buy them at 04 on the open market.
