RE: RE: Construction permitYes I do think Rio would have still bought La Arena asap regardless of anything "fishy". Clearly it's part of their strategy and I doubt a temporary  pollution problem [if there is one] would interfere with that.
I also doubt that if there were a serious problem they would completed their financing to buy La Arena so easily. 
Being the nosy type I'd just like to know what's going on with the delay.
When the first gold bar emerges Rio will have it's permit in hand I have no doubt.
Not worried about the long term on this one. I think it's a bargain and am still buying. Would just like to see the permit issued and have done with it. 
It would also be nice to see it climbing during this new leg up instead of topping out due to not having the proper paperwork. No doubt it'll catch up tho once the paperwork is in hand.
Call me crazy but I have this thing about being happier when all the ducks are in a row.
