Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Still trading through converted

RE: Still trading through converted"warrents. Should be coming to a end,we'll see if we get some real strengh tommorow and Monday."

In my take, the public float of shares is no doubt tightening and I would suspect some net buying heading into the Feb 24/25 conference in  "anticipation" of news. But as much as I hate to admit as much, the market wants some off take news and I'm no longer holding my breath. A lot will be happening in Mongolia coal wise next week and there should be some press where I think this fact alone will move us past $1.10. But damn if I know when we actually get an off-take agreement. No later than April 01 is my updated time horizon. By this time, bench mark pricing for thermal coal should be fairly well established and those trucks PCY committed too should be nearing an arrival date.

In another note of interest, it looks as though the PCY and NKL transaction will gain some added exposure in that the final agreement to be signed  Feb 28 (or thereabouts) will most likely entail another News Release.
