Market cap and book value

Market cap and book valueI was rechecking the balance sheet and this is bizarre to me.  the total mkt cap for mn is 67m and yet their assets are close to 90m. 

wouldn't it be good for someone to just acquire the company and kick everyone out, sell all and pocket the difference.

where are these big guys or i am on some other planet?
